1. Project-Based Work

Refund eligibility for paid development work depends on the project agreement, scope and stage of completion.

2. Deposits

Any advance or deposit may be allocated to discovery, design, development resources or other project costs. Refundability should be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.

3. Completed Work

Fees for work already completed, delivered or approved are generally not refundable unless the written agreement states otherwise.

4. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, contact HEXU as soon as possible. Any refund or outstanding balance will be handled according to the project agreement.
